Clear Ice Maker

Clear ice is created by freezing ice from a single direction and forcing the air in the water to have a single direction to go. As the cold air travels from the top down, the air in the water travels down as well though small holes in the mold. Once the water has frozen, you are left with a large block of cloudy ice, and two clear cubes of ice.
