Motor Scooter Bracket

Problem: The wheel guard of the HIBOY motor scooters continuously snapped and cracked due to vibrations during rides and lack of support.

Solution: Custom 3D printed part to fit underneath the guard and attach to the rear axil support.

Status: Multiple size tests were completed to achieve a perfect fit. Custom piece glued the scooter successfully prevents the fender from vibrating greatly to the point of breakage.
